Refund policy

Any puzzle or product may be returned within 30 days of order date. All returned items must be unopened and not damaged. You must return the item on your own shipping costs back to the store location. 

No return requests on event purchases allowed. Please contact us if you need to cancel attendance to an event through our store.

If you received a damaged puzzle, please contact us directly before processing a return on the website. We will credit you and arrange for return shipping. Product replacements will be discussed per situation.
